How to install glass door hinges
The installation of hinges is particular about the six major points to note:
(1) Before installation, check whether the hinges match the door and window frames and fans.
(2) Check whether the hinge groove matches the hinge height, width and thickness.
(3) Check whether the hinge is compatible with the screws and fasteners connected to it.
(4) The connection method of the hinge should match the material of the frame and the fan, such as the hinges used for steel frame wooden doors, the side connected to the steel frame is welded, and the side connected to the wooden door leaf is fixed by wood screws.
(5) In the case where the two sheets of the hinge are not symmetrical, it should be identified which sheet should be connected to the fan, which sheet should be connected to the door and window frame, and the side connected to the three sections of the shaft should be connected to the frame Fixed, the side connected to the two sections of the shaft should be fixed to the frame.
(6) During installation, the hinge shafts on the same fan should be on the same vertical line to prevent the doors and windows from springing.
